Hello there!
Hey, I’m Mystiqua Trinette
and I’m so glad you’re here.

My story
it started with a simple decision…
I didn’t set out to become a lifestyle blogger. I set out to feel like myself again.
A few years ago, I was quietly struggling with anxiety and depression, the kind that doesn’t always show on the outside. I was functioning, showing up, doing all the things. But inside, I was running on empty.
Prayer kept me grounded. Therapy gave me the tools. But somewhere in the middle of doing the work, I discovered something unexpected: the most practical thing I could do for myself was simply choose myself every single day.
So I started getting dressed, really dressed, even on days I wasn’t going anywhere. I built a skincare routine that felt less like a task and more like a ritual. I created small, intentional moments of softness throughout my day — morning tea, a beautiful space, the right candle, an evening reset. Things that seemed small but quietly changed everything.
I didn’t reinvent myself. I didn’t find some hidden version of me.
I refined her.

“She didn’t find herself. She refined her.”

more about me
My story continues…
I come from a background in ballet and modeling, so I’ve always understood the relationship between how you carry yourself and how you feel inside. That foundation never left me. It just evolved into something more personal, more intentional, and more mine.
I’m not a wardrobe stylist. I don’t have a degree in fashion or esthetics. I’m a 49-year-old woman, turning 50 in August, who figured out through real life that prioritizing yourself daily is one of the most powerful things you can do. The style, the skincare rituals, the soft living… it all came from self care. It all came from choosing me.
And that’s exactly what this blog is about.
xoxo, Mystiqua Trinette

MY MORNING NON-NEGOTIABLE
Tea. Always tea. A proper cup, a beautiful mug, and at least 10 minutes of quiet. The day doesn’t start without it.
MY BACKGROUND
Ballet dancer and model, which is where my love of posture, elegance, and the way clothes move on a body all began.
